Let's work together

I took that camera with me on my first airplane ride and when I landed in California I took roll after roll of the Golden Gate Bridge, seals, the Disney store, pigeons, and anything that moved me.

I remember opening the prints from Half-Hour Photo and seeing all of my visions on long, panoramic paper. I was enchanted.
Now, almost 25 years later I've cultivated that natural curiosity through study and lots of practice. Although I will always be a lifelong student of photography, I'm excited to offer my creative take on what photos can be.

I've been taking photos since my parents bought me a panoramic camera in fifth grade.

Printing your photos with a professional lab is crucial if you want your images to last generations.

more about my process

About two weeks after your session, we will get together for a quick viewing of all of your images. It is during this time that you will be able to select the images you love the most and use your product credit. I've tested numerous professional labs and curated unique, heirloom-quality items for my clients to choose from.

The amount you choose to invest is completely up to you, and there is no minimum order required. I firmly believe you should only buy the images you absolutely love.

The session fee is $300 and includes my time to plan, photograph, and edit your session. Half of that session fee goes back to you in the form of a $150 product credit to use on whatever you want. The session fee does not include any prints, products, or digital files.

How I work

I help busy families create meaningful images.

Sometimes clients are hesitant to meet before the session because it seems like one extra thing to add to their already busy schedule. I get it. Life moves fast and it’s hard to catch your breath sometimes, but I am able to take intimate and honest photos of my clients because I know them and I’ve spent time talking to them and observing them.

Meeting for even a few minutes can have a dramatic effect on the final product. The consultation is also a great time to check out the client the beautiful albums, prints, and wall art I offer.

All sessions are customized for your specific needs. We will discuss the time and location for your session at the initial consultation. The length of your session varies but, rest assured, you will never feel rushed. I don’t charge by the hour so we can take our time and make sure we get exactly what you are looking for.

First things first, I want to meet you!

Your session.
